Supplemental By-law will be presented to the membership: The Lindale Rural Electrification Association incorporate an affiliated retail company that complies with current legislation to procure energy to sell by contract to the REA membership within the REA service territory. The objective of this company will be to operate, purchase and sell energy at cost to the members. Full audit and financial statement of this company shall be included at the Annual General Meeting.

All REA members are encouraged to attend. You are an REA member if Lindale REA is on your power bill

If unsure that you have a signed contract with the REA bring a copy of your land title and the Lindale REA Board will confirm if you have a contract or sign you up with one. You have to have a signed contract for voting privileges.

RURAL GRANT

The Rural Electric Program assists farmers to access a basic, essential service at a reasonable cost and aids in the diversification of our rural economy.

NEW SERVICES

As a potential new member your property must be with in the geographical region that has been identified as Lindale Rural Electrification Association.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Complaints about contraventions of the Code of Conduct Regulation may be made to the Alberta Utilities Commission or the Market Surveillance Administrator.

REA AGM

Annual General Meeting dates and general announcements. All REA members are encouraged to attend the AGM. You are an REA member if Lindale REA is on your power bill.
